Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-05-15
SpokenPrint turns spoken content you own or are authorized to use into written work. This policy explains what you may and may not do here. It works alongside our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and Copyright & DMCA Policy.
Rights and consent come first
You may only use SpokenPrint with source material you own or are authorized to use, and you must have the consent you need from the people who are speaking. Every project records a rights attestation before any AI processing begins. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you attest.
What you may do
- Upload or connect spoken content you created or are licensed to use.
- Turn it into manuscripts, study guides, devotionals, and the other supported forms.
- Edit, export, and publish the resulting work, which is yours.
What you may not do
- Upload content you don't have the rights or consent to use, or misrepresent who is speaking or who owns a source.
- Use SpokenPrint to create content that is unlawful, infringing, defamatory, harassing, hateful, or that violates someone's privacy or publicity rights.
- Impersonate a speaker or attribute words to someone falsely.
- Use Hugo as a general-purpose chatbot outside the context of your project, or to generate content unrelated to your own source material.
- Attempt to bypass the rights attestation, abuse, or quota/safety controls; scrape, reverse-engineer, or disrupt the service; or share access credentials.
- Resell or relabel the service as your own.
Enforcement
If we believe a project or account violates this policy, we may decline to process it, remove content, pause AI access, or suspend or terminate the account. Accounts that repeatedly infringe copyright are terminated, as described in our Copyright & DMCA Policy. Your finished manuscript and exports remain available to you except where the law or a valid rights complaint requires otherwise.
Reporting a concern
To report misuse or a rights problem, reach us through the contact page. Copyright complaints should go to our designated agent listed in the Copyright & DMCA Policy.
